A chicken wrap with chips and a mayo sauce took over 25 minutes before I went to find out what was happening, I have a watch, I had a time stamped on the receipt. The member of staff said they would go and see. She returned to inform me I'd only been waiting for fifteen..I'm quite adept at sums..anyway ten minutes later it arrived.
Seriously, this is on par for this place.
